Participants must meet all eligibility requirements defined by Stellantis. Participation is voluntary.
By submitting your information, you agree to participate in marketing and promotional activities related to this campaign.
Submission of an application does not guarantee selection or create any binding obligation on Stellantis.
Applications will be assessed at Stellantis’ sole discretion, taking into account business need, operational readiness, and overall suitability.
Stellantis reserves the right to decline applications at its discretion, including in cases of incomplete information or misalignment with the initiative criteria.
Vehicle Usage & Responsibility
Participants must sign a vehicle loan agreement and waiver form prior to receiving the vehicle.
Only approved drivers listed in the agreement will be permitted to operate the vehicle and must hold a valid UAE driving license.
Vehicles must be used in line with the purpose outlined in the approved application unless otherwise agreed by Stellantis.
Vehicle allocation is subject to availability and Stellantis’ internal operational requirements.
Compliance
Selected participants will be required to comply with all onboarding, operational, and compliance requirements associated with the initiative.
Data & Privacy
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Stellantis’ privacy policies, and used solely for the purposes of administering the initiative.
Content Rights
Participants grant Stellantis the right to use and share any content generated as part of the initiative across its marketing, PR, and social media channels.
General Conditions
Stellantis reserves the right to amend, suspend, modify, or withdraw the initiative at any time without prior notice.
Stellantis is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in this campaign.
